These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://albuquerquecountryclub.com (the “Site”), club information, membership-related information, event information, facilities information, materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Albuquerque Country Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, registering for an account, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Accounts
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We provide information regarding our country club, facilities, events, amenities, membership-related offerings, and related resources.
Access is granted for personal, non-transferable use.
Some Services may be subject to availability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

4. User Conduct

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
Upload, share, or submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or is defamatory, harassing, or obscene.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or sell any Content without our express written permission.
If you submit comments, messages, or other user content (“User Content”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and incorporate it into the Services. You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Payments and Purchases

Fees for any products or services are listed on the Site and payable in advance if applicable.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment details.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy (below). Prices and availability may change.

7. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only as follows (subject to our sole discretion):

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no substantial use of the purchased service has occurred.
No refunds for partial use or after 7 days.
Special events or reservations are generally non-refundable due to scheduling and administrative commitments.

8. Disclaimers and No Guarantees
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Specific results, outcomes, or experiences from use of the Services.
Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to Content ends and you must cease use of the Services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically; significant changes will be noted with the updated date.
